MARCUS BRUCE FARROW |  Chairman & CEO 

Mr. Farrow is co-founder of The Menformation Project, Inc. Marcus is a seasoned entrepreneur and relationship banker with decades of experience in consumer credit, business analysis, residential & commercial mortgage loan portfolios. Marcus is a Fellow of PTM Clergy & Lay Leadership Institute. He earned his MBA in Finance from USC and his B.A. in Economics from Occidental College. He is married and father of two adult daughters, two son-in-laws, a stepson, and three grandsons. Marcus is committed to sharing his knowledge and experiences with young men in an effort to build a better future for our next generation. Marcus leads by example, and agrees with Frederick Douglas saying, “It is easier to build strong boys … than to repair broken men.”

Mr. Jackson  is a fusion/urban jazz composer, arranger, and producer. Paul is one of the most recorded guitarist ever. Since breaking into the Los Angeles studio scene at age sixteen, he has contributed his multi-faceted guitarisma to the biggest artists of pop, R&B, jazz and rock music: Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson (Thriller, Bad, History), Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Randy Crawford, Ramsey Lewis, Dave Koz, David Benoit, Aretha Franklin, Luther Vandross, Bobby Brown, Steely Dan, Chicago, The Temptations, Anita Baker, Lionel Richie, Barbra Streisand, Elton John, Al Jarreau, George Duke, Johnny Mathis, Kenny Rogers, Barry White, and many others. Millions of people have seen Paul playing guitar in a variety of styles on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and American Idol. Paul is married and the father of adult daughter and son. Paul is an original mentor and board of directors member.

Mr. Solomon is an ordained minister under Church Without Walls International and is co-founder of Urban Hope Ministries and “I-Learn” Saturday school for children. He spent 22 years in management at Xerox Corporation and is a licensed real estate agent. He is a former leader of MAN2MAN, a monthly fellowship breakfast and Bible study for fifty-plus men. He is especially gifted in the ministry of administration, discipleship training and family counseling. Charles is a passionate prayer warrior, devoted husband to his wife Terri and a loving father and grandfather. Charles is committed to helping young boys become responsible and productive men. Mr. Solomon has served as an original mentor and board of directors member.

BILLY DAVIS, JR. | Ambassador

Billy Davis, Jr. is an iconic artist whose creative vocal styling has inspired contemporary music audiences since 1967. Billy has garnered 15 Gold Records, 3 Platinum Records, and 7 Grammy Awards. When he sang with The 5th Dimension – the group won six Grammys. With his wife Marilyn McCoo, Billy won his seventh Grammy for “You Don’t Have To Be a Star (To Be In My Show)”. That single was a #1 Hit and a certified RIAA million seller. Billy grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and began performing professionally at age eleven. Billy has been married to his wife, Marilyn, for 50 years and is a loving father and grandfather. Pastor Billy is an ordained minister who has a heart for young people and a passion for mentoring.

Mr. Porter is the founder and president of Future Agency and Production Company. He has over 40 years experience in the entertainment business as Tour Manager, Lighting Designer, Production Manager, and as an Event Producer. His extensive special-event and touring experiences include such notable stars as Smokey Robinson, Natalie Cole, The O’Jays, Trisha Yearwood, Marilyn McCoo & Billy Davis, Jr. and Bob Hope; to name a few. Mr. Porter has produced events for NASCAR @ Las Vegas Motor Speedway, McDonald’s GospelFest @ Shrine Auditorium, State Farm Insurance Company Circle of Excellence Gala, and Los Angeles Urban League Whitney Young Dinner Fundraiser for 19 years. Sonny is married to his wife of 40 years and is a father of two and grandfather.  Mr. Porter is a co-founder of The Menformation Project, Inc.

Mr. Wiley is an architect with over three decades of experience in project planning, design, technical coordination and construction management. As business development partner of RAW International, Mr. Wiley has been responsible for the strategic and economic planning as well as resolving design and construction problems. His demonstrated leadership and planning skills have sustained the firm’s continued growth and success for 35 years. His firm has evolved into a nationally recognized award-winning team, successfully executing a diversity of projects ranging from transit planning to sanctuary design. Roland is married and the father of two sons. Mr. Wiley is a co-founder of The Menformation Project, Inc.
